Refund Policy

At Auren Leadership, we are deeply committed to providing meaningful, transformative coaching experiences for leaders navigating both professional and personal evolution. We understand that investing in your growth is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident and supported in that journey.

1. General Policy

All purchases of coaching sessions, leadership programs, and digital products are made with the understanding that these offerings require time, energy, and preparation from both coach and client.
Because each program is customized to your goals and designed for personal transformation, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

However, we recognize that life circumstances may change. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in alignment with the guidelines below.

2. Coaching Sessions and Programs

Individual Coaching Sessions:
Refunds are available if canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations within 72 hours may be eligible for rescheduling but not a refund.

Multi-Session Coaching Packages or Programs:
Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have yet occurred. Once coaching has begun, refunds will not be issued, though sessions may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.

Workshops and Live Events:
If you cannot attend a live event, you may transfer your registration to another participant or request credit toward a future event.

3. Digital Products and Courses

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital access, refunds are not provided for online materials, self-guided courses, or digital downloads once access has been granted.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen life events may occur. In cases of documented emergencies or significant hardship, Auren Leadership will review requests for refunds or credits in good faith. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

5. Refund Process

Include your full name, the program or product purchased, date of payment, and reason for your request. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Policy Updates

Auren Leadership reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will take effect on the date posted.
